Garuda Club studio is providing training programs for everyone who wants to develop their skills in Kickboxing, Boxing, and Thai boxing!
Our Training Programs
Your Goals are Our Priority
- Training with a strong emphasis on building a solid foundation in martial arts and proper techniques. In our small semi-private, not more than 10 people classes, you will not only quickly get in shape and build strength and endurance but will develop confidence and real skills to defend yourself or to compete in tournaments.
Garudaclub also provides Stretching and Fitness Classes for all ages and experience levels. Will provide an individualized approach to everyone, regardless of their background and skills level. Our goal is to inspire everyone to live a fit and healthy life while providing the means to achieve their individual goals.
Kids’ classes are 1 hour long for 3 days a week.
Juniors and adults classes for 3 days a week.1.5 hours long, consisting of warm-up, stretching, and developing proper techniques.

Learn From the Best to Become The Best
My names is Alex Lavrentiev. My path to martial arts started by training in karate-do at 11 years old. Then unfortunately for me, USSR declared it illegal to practice karate-do, all clubs were closed, and I have to look for other options. I went for tryouts in boxing school, started practicing boxing full time, and in a year was a winner of the Arkhangelsk State Championship. With a boxing team was actively participating and winning in many local, regionals, international tournaments. Was holding a state champion title in my weight class for 5 years. When I went to college, one of my friends introduced me to the Japanese martial art style, which he was learning at University in Moscow. We started to practice this style with a group of my friends. I was eager to learn a new style, but continued to practice boxing and participate in boxing tournaments as well.
The next step in learning martial arts was in the army, where we practice shorthand fighting military style. I was participating in full-contact tournaments, earned an instructor degree, and was training combat skills full time. At that time, I visited the first Moscow kickboxing championship, loved this sport, and started to practice it. In Arkhangelsk state with friends, we organized the first kickboxing organization and kickboxing school. I started to train kickboxing and participate in various martial arts competitions myself, including karate, shorthand fighting, boxing. When USSR opened borders, I started to travel to Thailand to train in the great sport of Muay Thai. My knowledge in all these disciplines helped me a lot in my sports career with a total of around 200 boxing fights and 150 fights in different martial arts competitions.
Was finalist and winner of Russia kickboxing championships, finalist of USSR kickboxing championship. Master of Sports in boxing and kickboxing, back belt in karate, a black belt in Hapkido.
